Promoting School Cricket at the Grass root Level!

As part of our initiative to promote cricket in local/government schools in Singapore, ICC LEVEL 2 and MS Dhoni Cricket Academy, Singapore Head Coach Mr.Prem Ahire was seen explaining the basics of the game to the students of St. Patricks school.

Instilling the key concepts at an early age is imperative as is making the sessions informative, interactive and fun.

Our key coaching mantra is that of “EDUTAINMENT” wherein we seek to achieve the dual objectives of education and entertainment simultaneously so that the kids keep improving as well as looking forward to the next lesson.

LITTLE CRICKET CHAMPS

MS Dhoni Cricket Academy Singapore wishes to thank all the participants for making the first session of “LITTLE CRICKET CHAMPS”- Singapore’s first cricket workshop for pre-schoolers- a resounding success.

Not only did we have a healthy turnout but everyone involved had the time of their lives in watching the little ones play and learn.

We thank the parents and the guardians of the kids for being extremely supportive in our endeavour.

Dhawal Kulkarni overseeing training at the MSDCA

IPL and India speedster Dhawal Kulkarni seen overseeing training at the MSDCA Singapore main campus in St.Patricks School. Later, Dhawal had an interactive session with the junior trainees as well as the national U-19 and Singapore’s senior national team squad members wherein the youngsters got to pick his brains on how to approach different situations and conditions as well as maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. He was impressed with the players and will be recommending for Rajasthan Royals trials next year. Dhawal was extremely generous with his time and made everyone who was present feel very comfortable and relaxed with his easy-going demeanor. The youngsters were both delighted and grateful to have such an accomplished cricketer in their midst as they sought to absorb as much knowledge and insights from the star pacer as they possibly could. MSDCA will periodically get top players to visit our campus and conduct workshops without academy trainees. Stay tuned to our page for more exciting updates about all things cricket. Regards, The MSDCA team.
